Lifestyle coaching in English
Looking for a lifestyle coach in the Netherlands, but feeling more comfortable with the English language?
To get the best out of a coaching session, it is important to be able to express yourself well during coaching sessions. Therefore, it is recommended to find a coach who speaks either your native language or a language you master well.
In my case this is either Dutch or English, so please don't hesitate to contact me in case you want the sessions to be in English.
Online lifestyle coach
Online coaching is convenient and can be done in the comfort of your own home. The only thing you need is a computer with camera, microphone and the program Zoom. You will receive a Zoom invitation from me by e-mail for the appointment.
Walking coach
Walking is a very pleasant way of coaching. It literally and figuratively creates a more relaxed atmosphere. Moreover, a walk and being outside contributes directly to better health. Win, win!
GLI for weight loss
GLI, or Combined Lifestyle Intervention, is a program specifically for people with obesity and its associated health risks.
It is a two-year program that is fully reimbursed by the health insurance company.

The outdoor sessions will take place near Delftse Hout (Delft).
